Getting started

Save the ZIP on your Windows computer.
Right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All. Use a writable local folder.
Open AccountingLite.exe inside the extracted folder.

Keep AccountingLite.exe, the complete _internal folder, assets and the supplied branding files together. Complete Company setup with your own details on first launch. Accounting Lite does not include POS or stock management.

Getting started

Save the ZIP on your Windows computer.
Right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All. Use a writable local folder.
Open payroll_lite.exe inside the extracted folder.

The program creates DATA and OUTPUT folders beside payroll_lite.exe on first launch. Keep this folder separate from your subscription Payroll installation. Do not copy either program’s DATA folder over the other one. Backups above the Lite limits cannot be imported.

Installation and data

Keep the complete extracted folder

Open the program from the extracted folder, rather than from inside the ZIP. Keep the supporting files and logos with the application. Use a local folder outside Program Files and cloud-synced folders, and keep regular backups of your business records.
